About Me

Alexa Broude is a Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist in Bourne End, the highest qualification and level of Sports & Remedial Massage Therapy.

 

Alexa has been a keen sportsperson from an early age, when she competed as a sprinter. In her adulthood she has taken to running ultramarathons and marathons.

 

Outside of work Alexa balances family life with volunteering in a variety of roles in the community including giving charity talks for the world class children’s hospital, Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). Alexa and her family are passionate about raising funds for the GOSH Charity.

They have focused their fundraising to go towards Parent and Family accommodation at GOSH. Fundraising events have included Alexa challenging herself to run 57 miles from her home to GOSH to deliver a thank you letter.

Alexa is a self-proclaimed foodie, who likes nothing more than to gather her family and friends for a feast. She also likes to discover new and interesting places to eat.

 

She is keen to treat people of all walks of life, from those who don’t take part in any physical activity to those that are just starting their fitness journey or individuals competing at a national level.

Alexa aims for everyone she treats to experience personalised care and improved physical health through expert manual therapy that is focused on Soft Tissue Therapy, Sports and Rehabilitation massage aiming enhance your overall wellbeing by alleviating pain and discomfort.
